Common causes of pain to the Rotator Cuff are injury, repetitive movements, improper positioning of the shoulder for extended periods of time or poor body mechanics during strenuous movements.
The techniques that I deploy are for mild to moderate injuries and improper use conditions.
A Rotator Cuff session would also incorporate -
• client education for self care including:
• exercises to strengthen
• stretching techniques
• proper body positioning for sleep & posture
• identifying poor body mechanics and retraining
